Loft Conversion Timelapse: Tonna/Neath

This is our latest timelapse video of a conversion we completed back in October 2015, when you can see the sun was actually shining, i know right..crazy! The conversion itself was pretty straightforward, with no change to the structure of the roof (i.e. dormers, steel work) only two large coupled Velux windows and a smaller third window above the new stairwell. As the existing roof space was fairly large, with ample head height, the finished loft conversion was very spacious. By constructing dedicated storage areas either side of the stairwell (which could be accessed from either the stairs or the loft floor) we eliminated the need for extra storage units within the room itself which meant that there was more than enough space for a kingsize bed and cabinets. Resulting in a warm, clean, clutter free bedroom bathed in sunlight, the perfect escape after a hard day at the office!
