2019 Honda Monkey 125 Problems!

So quite a while ago I experienced an issue with my 2019 Honda Monkey 125 engine cutting out while riding. The problem happens when I'm just cruising at slower speeds, and is not an issue at wide-open-throttle. You'll see in the video that the engine bogs and sounds as if it's having the fuel cut off, as you can hear the intake get throaty, so I know the throttle body is still opening, therefore getting the air it needs. I also don't think that it's pulling the spark, as it does not backfire after I get power restored. The weird thing is that when I pull the clutch lever, it resets the cutting out, but it will happen almost right away until I cycle the power to the bike (cycle the on/off switch). I have a lot of mods done to the bike, so I'm not surprised if one of the mods is causing it. In stock form, the bike did not have this issue, so adding one of my mods definitely triggered this issue, but what mod was the cause? I've thought about the obvious things, which are the performance boosting mods as they alter the OEM design. It's hard to isolate what might have caused the issue because I've added so many things in such a short time. The Bazzaz Z-FI system caused a check engine light to illuminate, but was surely because of disconnecting the oxygen sensor. I thought this was what was causing the problem and I've since switched from the Bazzaz to a tuned ECU from DHM, restoring the original oxygen sensor circuit to see if that fixed the issue, but it didn't. The other thing that's been curious with the bike has been the ABS light illuminating after adding the 14T front sprocket. I've assumed this is because the engine reads its RPM from the sprocket countershaft, which changes when the sprocket ratio changes. The ECU reads the wheel speed from the front wheel encoder ring (ring bolted to the brake rotor), so there's going to be a mismatch in those two readings, causing an error in what the ECU expects to see, therefore triggering an ABS error light. Other than those thoughts above, I'm dumbfounded! What do you suggest? Has anyone had this issue before?
