Loneliness is a common human emotion with no single common cause. It is a complex and unique experience for each individual. We are currently living in this period that's most connected, and yet, we are the loneliest. How is it that the most connected generation with readily available communication and more comfortable lives have become the loneliest. Is technology to be blamed? Or is it simply human nature? Maybe there are other factors at play. Whatever the reasons, I'm here to help you make loneliness manageable, or perhaps, put an end to it. Long before the covid pandemic arrived, there was already something that concerns many people, and it is something that needs our awareness. We are in a world full of lonely people. Hopelessness, depression, poor mental health, whatever you call it, it is argued that the route and great contributor is loneliness. Scientists have already found that loneliness is as bad for your health as smoking, alcoholism, and overeating. It leads to poorer physical and mental health, and a high degree of loneliness leads to some diseases.
