PirateSoftware "This hack aims to recreate SM64 vanilla levels in form of slides. The player has to overcome all the various challanges, often inspired by elements present in the original game, in order to reach the final goal and obtain their 'shiny prize', through a survival mode with limited lives. Changelog (05 April 2025): Some nerfs/changes to rebalance the difficulty scale: -C1: changed the spacing of the metal balls -C2: reshaped better the first part of the slide for a smoother movement; the breakable wall will not damage you anymore after hitting it -C3: extended a bit the platform after the poles; increased switch timer by 3,5 sec. -C4: wallkicks frames have been increased from 5 to 10; added a save point if you fail the wallkicks -C5: the mad piano becomes active now -C6: reduced the bats on the elevator section to 1 and moved it further -C7: extended the wooden platforms Additions: -Added the remaining main courses (& more) Fixes & other changes: -You don't need to activate the cap switches anymore -Changed the duration of the special caps -Fixed some invisible walls in C6 -Flamethrowers & jumping fireballs will now start their activation some time before to avoid unpredictability -Fixed a camera bug related to instant warps -The Jumbo Star will not increase the star counter anymore after taking it -Changed some dialogues (This changelog will be removed in 1 month to keep the page clean) Note: the demo version was created for SimpleFlips' Slide Hack Competition (2024) ft.
