Bile flow seen PANCREATOGRAM: Not attempted CHOLANGIOGRAM: The lower 1/3rd of the CBD is narrowed Rest of the CBD, CHD and the intrahepatic ducts are grossly dilated but more at the left hepatic duct Multiple filling defects suggestive of stones are seen in the CBD, CHD and left hepatic ducts Repeated balloon sweeping revealed huge amount of billiary mud and concretions. Ducts toileting are done by saline irregation Occlusion cholangiogram confirms complete clearance of stones from the bile duct COMMENTS: Choledocholithiasis (Please see the description also) THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: ERCP with stone extraction done.
