I'd like to think that Tales From The Tomb is more of 616 Paying homage to the legendary Fears To Fathom developer rather than a cheap knock off. The game was actually very well done and possibly one of 616's best games to date. In Tales Beyond The Tomb: Pineville Night Stalker you play as a girl named Megan, an attorney who recently found out her mother passed away. Traveling with your friendzone best friend, Lenny, You journey back to your hometown of Pineville to meet with the lawyer handling your mom's estate. However, things aren't so easy as you are met with an endless cast of creepy characters taking a liking to you around every twist and turn. Pineville Night Stalker leaves you guessing right up to the very end as to which interaction is going to lead to a horrific event. Tales From The Tomb: Pineville Night Stalker was an excellent game to play, well balanced with fear and humor. Although there are a lot of fears to fathom knock offs out there, this is easily the best one yet.
