In today's video, I'll be sharing with you one of my Meal Prep recipes where I've made a meal that's healthy, delicious and also cost effective. Ingredients: Pork Belly seasoned with: black pepper, ground ginger, paprika & 2tbsp soy sauce Stew was made with: 4 large chopped tomatoes 1 large chopped onion Fresh ginger - chopped Scotch bonnet Tomato puree Seasoning cubes Cooking oil A bit of water to loosen up the stew whilst cooking it, or ideally use chicken or vegetable stock. 3 Cups rice - washed and boiled Steamed veggies - Carrots and Broccoli when the stew, rice and steamed veggies are ready, simply share the meals equally into your storage containers. Allow to cool down completely before refrigeration. This will last you through the week and help you save cost.
