I was in a bind. My brother was coming and I forgot about his birthday gift. So I figured out How to Make a Small Wine Butler from Scrap Wood--because he loves wine and this is the perfect gift! See, I'm not huge on remembering birthdays. It's one of my failings. I don't send cards and I never, ever have a plan. And, as a result, I suck. But, when I realized my brother was going to be in town and that he was coming for a belated-birthday celebration with my parents, I was inspired to make a fun gift. Something he'd really love. So, I made this Small Wine Butler from Scrap Wood. Sure, it's zebra wood, but it was a scrap--a leftover piece from one of my dad's big projects years ago, and also the same piece of wood my husband had practiced carving on a few years after that. LOL! A truly true piece of scrap wood. With that in hand, it was a very simple project. Zip, zip, zip and 20 minutes later, I was ready to seal it. And now I can give him this DIY wine butler and he'll totally be impressed. After you've checked out the video, if you want to get the written tutorial, check out my blog for more detailed instructions: Also, if you want to support this channel and help us make more fun videos, sign up to support us on Patreon here: / nerdymamma WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND US Blog: http://nerdymamma.com/ Instagram: / nerdymammarocks Facebook: / nerdymamma Pinterest: / nerdymammablog MUSIC Breakdown Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b...
