These are the adventures of a non elite runner: last weekend, I went back to New York and New Jersey for a couple reasons this week. First, I needed to see my parents in New Jersey. But also, Ben Parkes and Sarah Place were coming all the way over from London to run the RBC Brooklyn Half, and I didn’t want to miss out on an opportunity to meet them in person and spend some time with them with a Kofuzi Run Club.
