Hello everyone, and welcome to The Mall of Monroe in Monroe Michigan. Originally known as the Frenchtown Square Mall, it would open in 1988 as the premier shopping destination for the Monroe region. However, as of today, it is a shell of its former self. Whilst it does live a second life as a community mall and small business hotspot for the Monroe region, in line occupancy is very scarce, and it remains as Cafaro’s weakest property in their portfolio.
