World of warcraft classic era "deep ret" also known as "classic/oldschool ret" paladin build pvp gameplay during arathi basin weekend. I don't have the best gear and half my armor enchantments are from pve dps such as 7 boots agility and 9 strength bracers, since I used to raid as ret before. However it still works nicely since deep ret doesn't want to get hit often as reckoning build and you usually stay behind healing/supporting and going in at the right moments to help finish fight or try kill target within stun period, because with vengeance/divine strength you have more upfront damage than reckoning (reckoning has much more burst, but requires you to get critical hit and in some situations you might kill opponent without receiving a single hit/crit to yourself). I like fiery enchantment for such build in pvp as it procs very often with slow weapon (has 7 procs per minute timer same as seal of command, seal of command procs also proc it so you can double proc fiery on 1 hit sometimes) and its critical hits can proc vengeance talent. I do get nostalgia sometimes and return to play classic from time to time. Wanted to showcase traditional ret build in pugs vs pugs scenario (pugs battlegrounds is most fun pvp in classic to me). Repentance and consecration utility is often underestimated, with new spell batching changes made several years ago consecration really does good job pulling rogues from stealth and repentance have thousands of different uses you can utilize. This spec is also good enough to raid dps and tank dungeons (I tanked full stratholme,scholo,lbrs in this build), possibly aoe farm too because of consecration. #worldofwarcraft #wowclassic #retpaladin #retribution #wowpvp
