Upon arrival, no windows were broken, but the suspect, Frankie Robinson, was on the porch yelling. Upon our arrival, he continued to yell and use vulgarities, asserting that "we couldn't do anything" and expressing disregard for the police. We informed him that he was permitted to be there, as it was joint property due to his marriage. We spoke to his wife over the phone, who informed us that she was 16 minutes away and would unlock the door for him to retrieve his belongings. We left Robinson on the porch and returned to our cruisers on the street while we waited for his wife to arrive. During this time, Robinson continued to sit on the porch, swearing and yelling loudly, stating that he didn't care if his behavior bothered the neighbors and that he didn't have to live there. He expressed a desire to embarrass his wife with his behavior and yelling when her neighbors saw her. Neighbors began emerging from their homes to investigate the commotion.
