Egg Pie Recipe I recall myself going home from school and a little bit hungry My classmate who owns a bakery always treats me so long as I walk with her on the way home. We often stay at their bakery for some snack and she always treats me with this snack. It is so good and I am badly missing the taste back home in the Philippines, I could not help but re-create it. Ingredients: Crust: 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp white sugar 3 tbsp ice water 1/2 cup unsalted butter Filling: 1 3/4 cups evaporated milk 4 pcs eggs 1 pc egg white 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup sugar I bet you this is the perfect EGG PIE and your love ones will surely like it!
