Already Whole | Spoken Word Transmission

ALREADY WHOLE There’s a deep, unnameable stillness that lives underneath it all. Underneath the trying, the striving, the reaching. Underneath the seeking to fix, to heal, to become. Beneath the narratives of brokenness or not-enoughness, there’s a quiet truth: You are already whole. Not in a bypassing way. Not in a spiritual cliché kind of way. But in a way that can only be known through the falling away of all efforting to be anything other than what you are, here, now. There’s nothing to reach for. Nothing to chase. And yet, paradoxically, this knowing only ever arrives when we’ve exhausted all our chasing. When we’ve been broken open. When we’ve sat in the belly of the whale, face to face with the darkness we’d tried to outrun. This is the holy undoing. And from here, there’s a remembering. Not of something new, but of what’s always been. A resting back. A deep sigh. A sacred yes to what is. So much of this journey has been about learning to stop resisting life. To stop resisting myself. To stop trying to be anything other than this soft, messy, divine human expression. And in that softening, there is space for the Divine to breathe through everything. Even the sorrow. Even the confusion. Even the longing. Especially the longing. There’s a quiet kind of beauty that emerges when we stop trying to fix the moment. A tenderness. A sacredness. And this is what I keep returning to, again and again. The stillness beneath it all. The heart of it all. The home that never left. You are not a problem to be solved. You are not a mistake to be corrected. You are not behind, or broken, or lacking. You are the breath of the Divine. The song of wholeness. The still point in the turning world. Already. Now.
