A black magician, or tantric, fell in love with her and tried to win her over with his magical skills. The tantric used magic to enchant a cosmetic (perfume) and had it delivered to the princess via her maid. Princess Ratnavati, recognizing the spell, poured the bewitched cosmetic onto a large stone. The stone became a massive boulder that crushed the tantric to death. In his dying moments, the tantric cursed Bhangarh, stating that the city would never be inhabited and would be destroyed. This curse is said to be the reason for the fort's ruination and abandonment. 2- The Legend of Guru Balu Nath:- The Bhangarh Fort story involving Guru Balu Nath centers on a curse, where the hermit allowed the fort's construction under the condition that its shadow never touched his dwelling. When the king's ambitious successors expanded the fort, its shadow fell upon the ascetic's sacred spot, invoking his wrath and cursing the entire village.
