Investigations conducted under the direction of the District Collector in 2025 found that experience certificates submitted by selected clerks were issued with forged signatures of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zila Parishad Alwar. Based on the inquiry report, one clerk was dismissed in November 2025 and a criminal case was registered. In another shocking revelation, clerk Krishna Kumari Sharma’s computer certificate was found to be fake, leading to her dismissal and FIR registration. Similarly, Neelam Sharma and Jagdish Sharma allegedly secured clerk positions in Jaipur Zila Parishad using forged experience certificates and fraudulent verification issued from Alwar. The SOG registered a case at Banipark Police Station in Jaipur, and both were terminated from service. In another case, Rukmani Nandan Sharma, who had crossed the age limit, was appointed as a clerk but was dismissed five months later, with a case filed at Aravali Vihar Police Station, Alwar. The investigation has now expanded from Alwar to Jalore, where irregularities in recruitments between 2018 and 2022, including REET examinations, were uncovered. Allegations include dummy candidates appearing in exams, fake photographs, forged signatures, and manipulated documents. On 7 and 8 August 2025, the SOG registered cases against 123 government employees, including 115 teachers from Jalore. Currently, 128 clerks are under scrutiny, and large-scale verification of academic records, application forms, photographs, and admit cards is underway. This recruitment scam has triggered a major administrative and legal crackdown in Rajasthan, raising serious questions about transparency and integrity in public sector hiring.
