"Disillusioned" from A Perfect Circle's "" album (2018). New year, new APC track! What a start... I wanted to do a lot of other things today, but then I found out that there was a new APC song. I don't actually know what to think of the song since I've only listened to the bass so far. Anyway, pretty easy song, pretty easy bass lines. The intro (verse) almost stays the same throughout the whole song. There is only one variation which is the one at 0:43. Again, you don't have to play most of the notes that follow the piano. I'm pretty sure that they're the low piano keys, but the bass does fill it up nicely. It's your choice really. One thing that I don't like is the way how the wrote these songs. It starts off really nice with a good verse, goes on for a bit and then it just stops. Same thing with "The Doomed". It might be coincidence though, I'm still hyped for the new album. I usually record around 3-4pm in the day so that the sun helps me out with the lighting in the videos. However, this song came out at 4pm so the sun was already gone when I was ready to film everything. Some important information that nobody is going to read.
