Dr. J S Rajkumar as a studious and enthusiastic medical student, won consecutive Gold medals. He was fondly called as Dr. JSR by his friends. Dr. JSR's heady mix of leadership created an arena that is passionate, fast paced, competitive and above all, never dull. Living up to his own style. Dr.JSR started his medical practice immediately after completing his academics. He was one of the selected few to be part of the First Indian Liver Transplant team at Apollo in Chennai. In 1997, Dr.J S Rajkumar opened his first RIGID Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., in Chennai and expanded into LIMA – Lifeline Institute of Minimal Access, a few years later. He successfully carried out stem cell therapy on a paraplegic who is now walking. This is the first success story in India and the second in the world. He has successfully treated 30,000 happy patients till date. After 30 years of hard work, Dr. J S Rajkumar has succeeded in building up LIMA, a large healthcare institute.
