Working on a story at the University of Washington on February 14th, 2025. I went seeking the records index and to make a public records request and in turn found out that the University of Washington Admin at the T-Building were not even at work! Moreover, a public servant who had a records request submitted to him, THREW THE REQUEST AWAY! A felony in Washington State!
