The Douro Valley is one of the most beautiful regions in Portugal. Therefore, it's always good for us to be able to return there and enjoy the landscapes, the good wine, and the hospitality of those who live there. Christina and Ryan have the same opinion, that's why they chose Quinta da Pacheca to get married. They traveled from the United States to Portugal, bringing family and friends to intimately celebrate the love they feel for each other. These small weddings are one of our favorites. We like the closeness that is created between the couple and the guests, the long conversations that arise between everyone, the calm, and the possibility to enjoy the day without stress but with the same emotion. Christina and Ryan wanted just that: an intimate but intense and emotional wedding. Emotion is always on the surface on a day like this. But we feel that during speeches, feelings begin to take shape, grow and turn into shaky voices, tears, and sighs. More and more we like the voices and hearing the stories of our couples. Is there any memory that is harder to keep than someone's voice? We don't know how to answer this, but we can say that the voice, along with the smell, are the elements that can make us feel the emotion in the chest when they are associated with beautiful memories that we don't want to forget.
