This film was originally commissioned by the world's leading interior design and property development partnership Candy & Candy to showcase the incredible quality of their work. The film not only included the £199 million apartment La Belle Époque but also the new-build superyacht Candyscape II and the Bombardier Challenger Jet, Candy Air. For nine and a half days our magnificent crew of seven filmed non-stop using the very latest RED camera and covered almost every tiny detail of the apartment in the best possible lighting. The final 12-minute film was created by using only the most beautiful shots, collated from over twenty hours of footage. As a result La Belle Époque was sold recently for £199 million, making it reportedly the most expensive property per sq meter in the world.
