Do NOT copy dtb files — avoid conflicts. Env + sunxi + sys_config.fex files keep the original of mortal 🔵 Phase 3: Fix IR Remote Copy IR remote control files from the official firmware to your hybrid system remote.txt and keylayout folder in system Repack the hybrid firmware into a .img file. 🟢 Phase 4: Setup Tools Download and install the latest PhoenixSuit install the driver of the allwinner H313 too Put your H96 Max into FEL mode: Hold the AV button, plug in the USB cable, and wait 3–10 seconds. PhoenixSuit will detect the device — install the driver if needed. 🟣 Phase 5: Flash Hybrid Firmware Open PhoenixSuit, load the new .img file. Do not click anything yet. Enter FEL mode again: Hold AV button, plug USB, wait for PhoenixSuit to detect the device. Let PhoenixSuit flash the image automatically. ✅ Done!
