Another comparison. The audio switches between both after each round! They Re-Used a LOT of sprites from SF2 for SNES. Example is Guile standing animation. On Super it was updated (guile's hand cover his chin) but not on SNES, that kept the original SF2 sprites. Theres some irritating censorship on SNES. The VS Screen shows a purple blood on its logo and the majority of characters does not bleed after being defeated. But the Fire animation on Vs logo is actually BETTER on SNES than on the original !!! Go figure.... Guile's victory quote is also different. They switched the word MAN to BAD (Are you MAN enough... to Are you BAD enough...)... Overall this port is decent, considering the console it were on. Plus, the CPS2 indeed had poor quality in terms of arrangment. So true that the SNES port managed to have almost the same arrangments. When compared to GENESIS, this port lacks of some animation on Ryu's intro and also Genesis has the complete announcer saying ROUND 1 FIGHT. On SNES its abscent. Thats why we wanted to go to the arcades instead of playing at home!
