House quad-committee lead chairperson Ace Barbers and other members of the mega-panel confronted Police Col. He made the accusation in a Senate hearing, which the quad-committee now sought to discuss, with Fernandez and Abante inhibiting from questioning him and instead taking oath as resource persons. Grijaldo, however, repeatedly gave evasive answers, citing his right against self-incrimination, in the process irking several congressmen of the joint panel.
