All around Circuit Spa-Francorchamps the tarmac run-off area has been replaced by gravel run-off. At some spots the tarmac was replaced partly and at some spots completely. There is also a new Grandstand at the top of the Raidillon and an extra turn at turn 9. At Eau-rouge and Raidillon the run-off area has been widened quite a bit.
