The Machine incorporates two conveyor belts, i.e. one carrying the mix of Raw material Fed uniformly through a motorized Vibrating Feeder. Another Belt parallel to the main Belt incorporates inverted Magnetic Plate and attracts the Iron on the Magnet which is separated as soon as the it leaves the Magnetic Field .No Electrical supply and Maintanance for Magnet.Both the Belts are driven by separate geared Motor coupled Directly to the Roll. Belt speed will be decided as per the application. The unit is with very sturdy construction incorporate with high intensity strontium ferrite slab magnets or Super intensity Nd-Fe-B Rare earth magnets to achieve the application. The main benefits of the system is you can adjust the magnetic field by up-down the magnetic plate as per the requirements.
