Hemp needs our help! The USDA is trying to take away access to high quality hemp products and add some serious changes to the 2018 Farm Bill that will affect you and your loved ones that use these types of products. Please watch the video above to learn more and act now! We are asking people to submit comments to the USDA asking them to: 1. Sampling Protocol: Allow for State flexibility with aggregate testing, most don’t have the resources to comply with testing every registrant. 2. Testing Labs: Remove DEA requirements on testing labs and remain with FOOD testing requirements. 3. THC Negligence: Raise the THC negligence threshold from .5% to 1% dry volume consistent with the rest of the world. 4. Dispose is NOT Destroy: Per the Farm Bill, create regulations under “dispose” that allow remediation and fiber pathways. 5. Transportation Manifests: Allow shipping information into the FSA (crop report) for local law enforcement to use to verify that it is legal hemp in transit.
