Join me on the bus line 89, a truly marvellous line that goes from the north-eastern border of the Limmattal all the way down to the lake shore shopping centre of Sihlcity. This route is operated by an all battery-powered state-of-the-art MAN Lion's City 18CE, which operates exclusively on this very route. The route takes us from the quiet neighbourhood of Heizenholz winding its way down the hill towards Frankental, the end of the line 13. From here we quickly join the long Europabrücke which crosses almost the entirety of the valley, before turning off to stop at Altstetten station. From here we follow a scenic route through the backstreets of Altstetten and Friesenberg before terminating at the big shopping and culture centre Sihlcity.
