It has a recreation garden known as Smriti Van which is situated alongside the Agony Point Loop of DHR or 20th mile. The Shanta Bhawan Christian mission, located between Tindharia and Smriti Van and established in 1957, is a place where children from poor families and children without parents are taken care of and sent abroad to London for further education.
