Soft Peanut Butter Cookies are crunchy cookies with delicate peanut butter taste. They are ideal as a snack between meals, for family dinners, or just as a cheat meal. Chopped nuts in combination with peanut butter work as a great combination of healthy omega fatty acids. These delicious and healthy cookies are not only a great source of fast carbohydrates that your body desperately needs after training but provide some protein as well. For 20 cookies you’ll need: • ¼ cup of spelled (or other) flour • 50g butter • cup of peanut butter (we used Nuts&Whey - http://bit.ly/2oXwShU) • egg • cup of cane sugar or agave syrup (http://bit.ly/2oyQrff) • packet of baking powder • a few drops of vanilla extract • pinch of salt Directions: Preheat your oven to 170ºC while we prepare baking paper on the metal plate. We can individually mix dry ingredients (flour + sugar + baking powder + salt) and liquid ingredients (soft butter + peanut butter + eggs + vanilla extract). Pour the dry mixture into the bowl together with liquid mixture and create a stiff dough. Then you need to make small balls and place them out on a baking paper and mash them with your palm, fork or bottom of a cup. Bake for 10-15 minutes until dough is golden. Enjoy!
