Canada PM Carney says new cabinet aimed at dealing with Trump, housing crisis | FULL

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney addressed the media after his new cabinet was sworn in on Tuesday at Rideau Hall in Ottawa, Ontario. Carney said the swearing-in of the new cabinet was the fast, and reiterated its significance by calling it a “hinge moment” in Canadian history. He added that the Cabinet was smaller and more focused than previous governments. The new parliament will start on May 26 and the core priorities of the parliament will be outlined on May 27 by King Charles III in the speech from the throne, he said.
