In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Ishtananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on cultivating a thankful heart as a deep spiritual practice. By focusing on the joy that comes with our gratitude for friends, family, and the ways we are sustained by the Divine — we draw closer to understanding that each of us as a soul is made in the divine image of Bliss. And as we experience that bliss of our true Self in the stillness of meditation, our thankfulness keeps expanding. This talk was recorded at the SRF San Diego Temple in November 2021.
