First Time Guitar Repair, Fixing An Old Jom Guitar

Means Music Shop:    / @meansmusicshop1268   I recently got this old Guitarras De Calidad Jom guitar from another aspiring luthier. I had been searching for guitars that were in bad shape so I could just try to learn how to hone my skills and become familiar with the anatomy of guitars and try to find my bearings. I made quite an embarrassing mistake in this video, because when I did my inspection of the inside, I found the fan bracing where I thought a bridge plate would go. As I've stated, I'm not a luthier, and I'm very new to this, so I just figured that all acoustic guitars needed a bridge plate (or pad), and I wasn't aware that the fan bracing is very common for classical acoustic guitars.
