a video showing the making of the inverted ear cups in my small studio in west Finland.   / majajantar   www.majajantar.com After 4 days of editing a few hours of footage into a 10 minute render, i'm really happy to share this process video with you. it is the first one i make where the whole process of one object is shown. i found it quite challenging, both technically and artistically, to make choices that are true to the process . Looking back i see for instance that the time given to the throwing of the cup, in the video, is not in proportion to the making and attaching of the handle. The handle process is actually much longer then the trowing and trimming..., but maybe less exciting to watch. i would love to hear your feedback, and learn from your experience. Please share your thoughts. oh, and yes, sometimes i talk to myself, and the trimming was accompanied by a fly companion.
