What's up my genie friends, this is Gpsboy97 back with another tutorial, this time we have the Electric yet thunderstorm variant of the weather trio, Thundurus as well as its Incarnate form! Keep in mind, since this is a pre-Stage 90 S-Rank, you can only use the Pokemon selected before you defeat Mega Mawile. Pokemon include Jirachi, Enamored Pikachu, and Shaymin Land forme appear after clearing Stage 60. Pokemon like the Pikachu Safari (only at Weeks 10 and 17) appear after clearing Stage 60. This stage is the almost the same as Tornadus, it's just slightly more difficult considering you have a 5th support which is not very effective. To make matters worse, there are very few super effective Pokemon in the main stages before stage 90 that has a Ground typing. In fact, there are only two; Phanpy and Cubone. There are two more Ground types in the special stages that can be obtainable before Mega Mawile; Mudbray from the daily stages, and Landorus from the Great Chance a Day stage... (NOT MEGA GARCHOMP NOR EVEN CAMERUPT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! well... just because you have the mega stone for it, DON'T THAT MEAN YOU HAVE THE POKEMON TO GO WITH IT... sigh...). Well... at least its HP is much lower compared to that bulky tornado Pokemon... Anyways, back to Thundurus. What you need is a powerful burst-damage mega evolution that can get online much much faster such as fully sped up Charizard as well as its X form. Otherwise, fully candied Pinsir it is. Main-stage wise, Mega Sableye works too. If you need help getting that Charizardite X, please look at the suggested icon on the top right corner of this video... For supports: Dragonite is an absolute must-have to go with Mega Charizard X as it deals absurd amounts of damage with its mega effect... Mudbray is also a must-have considering there's a 5th support... Popplio is another one of those Pokemon where it deals insane bits of damage considering it gets a burst-damage yet block removing ability in Block Shot, otherwise either not-very effective Klefki or unreliable Slowpoke/Illumise it is... If you have caught Tornadus from 2 weeks ago, it's definitely not time to bring it back with you, but technically as an additional support. If you bring Thundurus back with you, some weird Pokemon icons pop up on the board and makes the stage a lot more difficult... Phanpy and Cubone are also another decent option to go with as it's super effective, although the only downside is, their abilities suck... If you are lucky to have obtained a skill swapper from the Bulbasaur Mid-Month Challenge, definitely use it on Phanpy. Power of 4+ and skill booster investment are such great combos... If you are really lucky to have caught Landorus-Incarnate form, now it's the perfect time to use it... Lastly, if you are really struggling why not wait until you reach stage 201 to catch Hippowdon for Last-Ditch Effort, or better yet, the female variant for Final-Effort! Oh, and, thank you so much for the 900 subs, I really appreciate it!!! I have Telegram: https://t.me/shufflepokemon If you want to add me: 5 E A G F A W Z (America region only)
