No Bake Nutella Oreo Cheesecake - in the Kitchen With Jonny Episode 10

INGREDIENTS: For the Crust: 26 Oreo cookies, finely crushed 6 Tbsp Melted Butter For the Cheesecakes: 2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese 2 cups of Heavy Cream 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Sugar 6 Oreo Cookies, chopped 1 cup of Nutella Instructions: 1. In a bowl combine crushed Oreo, and melted butter. Mix them together. Place the crust in a spring-form pan and press it. Chill it in the fridge until is firm. 2. In the bowl of a standing mixer, add the cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Beat until is smooth. 3. Add the heavy cream and continue beating until the mixture is thick. 4. Add the sugar and continue to beat until is stiff. 5. Divide the cream cheese base into two equal parts 6. To one of the base, fold in the chopped Oreo. Add it to the chilled crust and spread it evenly throughout the pan. Place it back to the fridge until it sets. 7. While the Oreo base is chilling in the fridge, take the other base and fold in the Nutella until no white stripes appear. 8. Add the Nutella base on top of the oreo base and spread it evenly. 9.
