KIAC (Korea International Aquascaping Contest) has been proudly organized by KAA (Korea Aquascape Association) since 2022. Now in its fourth year, KIAC has firmly established itself as a major international competition, and we take great pride in its continued growth and recognition worldwide. This year’s contest was made possible through the exclusive sponsorship of LifeAqua. We extend our deepest gratitude for their generous support, without which this event would not have been possible at such a high standard. Compared to last year, the number of participants and participating countries increased significantly, reflecting the rising global interest and prestige of KIAC. The overall quality of the works also reached new heights, to the extent that many judges remarked that evaluating the entries was more challenging than ever before due to the remarkable diversity, creativity, and craftsmanship on display. KIAC is entirely composed of aquascapers and aspires to be a contest where pure artistic expression thrives. We view aquascaping not merely as a hobby, but as a form of art—one that encourages participants to appreciate one another’s work, share ideas, and grow together rather than focus solely on competition. We believe that the philosophies, emotions, and stories embedded in each work will inspire both creators and viewers, enriching the experience for everyone involved. We are confident that KIAC 2025 will once again be filled with breathtaking works and exceptional creativity.
