Would I Be a Good Teacher?

Is becoming a teacher the right career for you? How to find out if you will be a good teacher, or a terrible one! Hey honey, how is the major search coming? I don't know mom, I feel like there are so many things that I want to try. One thing did stick out to me though. What's was that one? Being a teacher. Do you think that I would be good at that? Well, you do have a lot of patience when you are teaching your little brother things and helping him with his homework, so that's a plus. Yeah, but I'm not very organized at all. I heard that you really have to be as a teacher. Actually, a friend of mine is the most unorganized thing you have ever seen, but she has a system. She always knows where something is but if someone else were to look they would be lost. She calls it her organized chaos. Well, I'm pretty sure I could find my own system. What are the things that worry you the most about being a teacher? Honestly? Not keeping the kids interested. Well, you're very creative. I'm sure you can think of a bunch of things. I would just want to be the cool teacher you know? The one that everyone hopes that they get at the beginning of the year. I really don't think that you would have a problem with that honey. Well, it's more of taking what I'm supposed to teach and making it interesting. Face it mom, math is boring. That's true, and kids these days are so harsh. I also don't want to get stuck using phrases that make me old too early. (mocking her mom) "kids these days.." Hey now! Which brings me to the last thing that worries me. I don't know if I will be able to be strong enough to discipline someone. If you're anything like me, you will be just fine. Ain't that the truth!
