Tradingview Subscription Review Intro: 0:00 TradingView Plans: 0:37 TradingView Special Offer: 7:12 TradingView is a free, awesome charting software that I like to use. It can quickly bring up charts of stocks, forex, cryptocurrency, it doesn't really matter, but for me personally, I mostly use it for stocks. The question is, "Should you upgrade to a paid subscription?" Is it worth it and if so, which paid subscription is right for you? They have the basic plan which is free, the Pro which is $14.95/month & $155/year, Pro+ which is $29.95/month & $299/year, and Premium for $59.95/month & $599/year. As a trader, I think you should make a decision between the first 3 plans. With Pro and Pro+ you don't have ads anymore. With Basic & Pro, you can use TradingView on only one device at a time, but with Pro+ you can use it on two. Personally, I only need it on one device at a time. Now with indicators, w/ basic you can only have 3 indicators. I personally use the RSI, The Stochastics, and the MACD indicators for the PowerX Strategy, but I also like to color the bars with a custom indicator so I need more than 3. Pro allows 5 indicators, & Pro+ allows 10 which is what I have. For alerts, you can only set one with basic, 10 w/ Pro, and 30 with Pro+. Basic does not have auto-refresh with the stock screeners while pro and pro+ do, which is great, bc the data will refresh on its own at whatever interval you choose. In order to get real-time data, you need the Pro or the Pro+ versions. So is it worth upgrading? If you're new to trading and don't know if for sure if you want to pursue trading, then basic is good for you. If you are serious about trading and just starting out, I recommend the Pro version for $14.95/month and pay an additional $4 for the real-time data. If you start using this tool and feel you are limited with Pro, you can upgrade to Pro+ because you can upgrade & downgrade at any time.
