Our current project is to build an Electric Porsche 911 using the inverter, motor and battery pack from a Nissan Leaf. The subject of our Electric Conversion is a 1998 Porsche 996 Carrera S. Designing the battery box to fit our Nissan Leaf battery pack into my Electric Porsche 911 has been a learning experience for me and I wanted to take you through the process so far.
