We’re celebrating the 20th anniversary of Madvillain’s ‘Madvillainy’ with a new 4k remaster of “Rhinestone Cowboy”, upscaled by director Andrew Gura from the music video’s original DV files. When we uploaded the “Rhinestone Cowboy” video back in 2008, YouTube wasn’t capable of hosting HD videos, let alone 4k. Now two-decades after MF DOOM and Andrew filmed at Stones Throw HQ, you can watch the visual in its full resolution. The Madvillainy Demos and the Audiophile Edition are out November 29, 2024 exclusively from the Stones Throw store. They will arrive at worldwide retailers in 2025.
