It takes just 10 mins to make this delicious dosa, which you can't resist. It has very simple ingredients and is a beginner's friendly recipe. Once you try it, you are surely going to fall in love with this! Please don't forget to LIKE SHARE & SUBSCRIBE :) It would be great if you could leave a COMMENT too :) Ingredients: 1 cup Rice flour 1/4 cup Gram Flour (besan) 1 potato- Raw (medium size) 2-3 garlic cloves (optional) 2 dried Kashmiri red chillies 1/2 cup Curd Salt to taste 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp Baking soda Blitz together besan, potato, garlic, red chilies, rice flour, salt, curd & water to a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl & let it rest for 5-15 minutes. Now, add the baking soda and whisk it well. Heat your dosa tawa, sprinkle some water on it & wipe it off. Spread your dosa batter, the dosa should be a little thick and small in size. Apply butter or ghee when small bubbles appear. Roast till it turns golden brown. Serve hot with chutney and aloo masala.
