How to build business scenarios. Day 47 - Describe scenarios After you've told your friend (or a lawyer) the big, long story about ... whatever it was that you needed advice about, there comes a time when the response from your friend (or, again, your lawyer) might be, "so what are you going to do?" When we talk about possible futures, we're outlining choices. Each scenario is a set of choices. Each choice has its merits and that's why you're discussing the situation with a friend. You want feedback regarding which choice might be the best one. In the past, as I've described several checklists (divided amongst 46 themes), I've never stopped halfway through a checklist to jump to another checklist. I've always walked you through the whole thing. This time, I think we need to take a short detour to get to the heart of the process of describing scenarios.
