Christmas Feast - Pinoy Edition

I firmly believe that many of our family stories and traditions are passed on from one generation to the next from the kitchen. Cooking is social and universal. Everyone woke up early, still groggy from Midnight Mass and fireworks, to prepare a Christmas feast for our expected guests of family and friends. Instead of helping with the chores, I thought I would record a few videos on my sports camera. Join us as we prepare delicious pancit, menudo, hipon and lumpia. Unfortunately, I was not able to capture any video of the lumpia preparation but I got a little of everything else. And bonus feature, if you understand the Tagalog language you can overhear some spicy trash talk from the old folks!! HAHA.
