I first recorded a version of this meditation over a year ago, and it to this date is one of my most viewed videos. At the time I was very new to presenting guided meditations, and it quite frankly was a bit rushed. The entire meditation was a little over 4 minutes, not long enough to really get into theta and communicate with the subconscious. So I’m doing a new version, it’s still a relatively short meditation, about 10 minutes, a great way to start or end your day.
