It will see us transform a mid terraced house into a fully modernised 6-bed HMO refurbishment complete with loft conversion. It will be a full hit with all the usual renovations and we will also be removing chimney breasts. When complete, it will be a 6-bed all-en-suite house share. This refurbishment will be having quite a lot of brickwork exposed as it is having a new damp course, new steels and gallows brackets to support the remaining chimney breast stack. As part of the dormer conversion, we will be removing a large portion of the roof to gain more head height. It’s a big task, but this will create a huge space that will be a major benefit to the tenant.
