All of the breast implant procedures performed at the the Breast Implant Center of Hawaii place the implant behind the muscle or at least partially behind the muscle so it has little to do with breast functions. In Dr. Schlesinger's experience, breasts with implants often appear more natural post-pregnancy. Additionally, he does not find a correlation between hardening of breast implants and pregnancy. And the answer is probably nothing.
