Gold Rush // Tech Poi

I've been planning to make this video since late 2017 and it's finally come into fruition. IG: @ben_tech_ The initial concept was to make a tech blog with captions, documenting moves that I've had fun learning or invented myself over the past few years, using my gold colored contact poi. I also wanted to film a song length one-take combo, and do POV 3 poi tangles so in the end I've made a mega sampler of all my gold poi explorations using all of those formats. This marks the end of the gold poi era, I'm making a new set with a different aesthetic and handling, and usually with a new set of poi comes a new style of spinning. I think i'll be focusing more on dance and body manipulation in conjunction with poi :)
