I bought a Toyota Aqua G Hybrid. After using 1 month u got an error in my dashboard I scanned with OBD2 and found that I need to replace my battery pack. After contacting my seller they simply said they don't give any after-sale service.and after a few days they stopped picking my phone. Before buying this car I scanned my car in Navana. they gave me a certificate that the car is very good and I don't need to work on it just need to change my Mobil oil. I cleared the errors from my dashboard using OBD2 device and went back to Navana and ask them sometimes this car shows some errors and stop the hybrid engine .they said "This car is a 2013 model after running 5 years is not is obvious it will show the problem " I was shocked by his answer. And asked him then why did you take 16k and certified that the car is completely fine? He replied, "Sir we just checked the battery is fine." When I told them I have removed the error code then they had no answer. So basically Navana is just bullshit .they don't even give you any correct information. Tips: +Before buying hybrid cars make sure it's original milage is under 20,000. +Navana can't ensure that your car is completely fine. Help: I am looking for someone who can find me a hybrid car battery. Thanks:
