Rachel loves Quinn and doesn't want to let her go, even though Quinn keeps pushing away. Quinn acts mean and rude even though she knows she still loves Rachel. Rachel just loves Quinn so much she puts up with everything and tries to help her, but Quinn won't let her into her life enough to be helped. The video is basically them secretly lusting after one another. The both love each other, but Quinn is the one who won't admit it. She dates Finn to hide that she's gay. At the end, when Rachel says "I love you"and Quinn says "I'm so sorry", it means Quinn realizes she hates everything she's done to Rachel, and she doesn't want to be with Rachel because she thinks she is not good enough for her.
